Starting Bobbi Rose

Owner and founder, Ellerina Trifiletti, started this mission shortly after the devastating loss of her grandmother. Ellerina's grandmother passed away shortly before she was to walk with her down the aisle in her wedding ceremony.   Bobbi Rose was started in her honor to commit to living a life following her dreams and being as unafraid as she would have wanted. Her spirit drives a passion for professionalism, integrity, and purposeful presence.

Founder

Ellerina is a Master's-prepared registered nurse licensed to practice in New York State. Her clinical experience includes elder care in long-term care settings in collaboration with inpatient and outpatient care. She has served as a medical-surgical float pool nurse and in triage, on-call, and supervisory roles throughout her nursing career. Her most recent roles include Forensic Nurse Examiner and Senior Clinical Educator.

Ellerina has managed large and small groups of licensed professionals in primary, urgent, and hospice care settings. Her project management experience extends across specialties and transcends hierarchies within the medical industry, with expertise in value analysis through the COVID-19 pandemic and the supply chain realm. She has served as an educator in teaching pre-licensure nursing students, post-licensure medical professionals in various settings, and patients and families at the bedside.  She has created programs for and conducted annual competency evaluations for staff in clinical practice.

Although, as she would tell it, she would have never thought she would find herself in the field of education, her academic career began at the College of Saint Rose in that very area. Despite taking a detour into business along her way to nursing, Ellerina oversees pre- and post-licensure clinical education and curriculum development for various clinical titles.

Today, second only to her roles as a home hospice nurse and forensic nurse examiner, teaching has become her passion. Service from BobbiRose attempts to meet people wherever they may be on their journey, respecting that we are all living the human experience and often asking similar questions in life's most intimate moments. BobbiRose is committed to professionalism and integrity in how we show up to care for ourselves and each other.  It is during these times that no one should ever feel alone.
